Three-way ball valves allow the use of one valve [gate] to switch between two flow modes. The valve is suitable for pipelines requiring two ball valves and a tee. That is to say, the three-way ball valve is economical because it makes the pipeline compact and saves space.
Existing cases show that factors such as installation errors in factory pipelines can easily lead to excessive stress on the union nut, which can lead to leakage or even damage to the valve. Therefore, it is not recommended to use valves with a union connection structure for specifications above DN50.
