Product Description

The solenoid valve uses electrical signals and can perform automatic or remote control work. The automated components for opening and closing the medium pipeline have the advantages of rapid opening and closing, stable performance, and easy use.

Electric Solenoid Valve

- A. Applicable voltage: AC: 24V  36V  220V   380V; DC: 12V  24V  36V
- B.Ambient temperature: -10℃~+50℃   Allowable temperature of coil: 99℃
- C. Precautions for installation and use:
- D. Precautions for installation and use:
1: When installing the solenoid valve, the medium flow direction must be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the valve body, and the valve must be installed on a horizontal pipeline. The solenoid valve is in an upright position. This valve cannot be installed in places with splashing or leaking water; Type 2A can be used in underwater environments.
2: Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned, and the incoming medium must be clean and have a viscosity   3: An 80-100 mesh/hour filter should be installed in front of the valve to prevent the valve core from getting stuck. When the pressure behind the valve is relatively high, a one-way valve should be installed to prevent the medium from flowing back or causing the solenoid valve to not close tightly.
4: During use, the dirt on the piston and the moving iron core's suction surface should be cleaned regularly. When disassembling, the sealing gasket should be checked at the same time. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
5: This valve should not be used in situations with explosion risk. Please specify when ordering.
6: If normal production is to be ensured, a bypass device should be installed so that the solenoid valve can be replaced when it fails and needs to be cleaned.
